This class can generate unique identifiers with random values.

It can generate a unique identifier with random numbers with a range.

The class generates a string that may contain a given prefix, a random number based on the current time, the current IP address, and a suffix.

The returned values may be separated by a given delimiter. The range of values for the random number is configurable. The number in the identifier may be padded with zeros.
